Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Signing up for a competition and not participating or placing a single trade will not make you eligible for a refund.

The only exception to this would be IF a competition allows you to 'un-register' which most competitions do not.

If you unregister for a competition, when allowed, at least 30 minutes before the competition starts then we will transfer the credits back into your account.

Before signing up for a competition, please assure that you will be able and willing to participate.
