Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once you sign up for a competition, you are committed to participating. Failure to participate or placing a single trade will not make you eligible for a refund.
The only exception to this policy is if a competition allows you to un-register, which is rare. If un-registration is permitted, you must un-register at least 30 minutes before the competition starts in order to receive a refund. In this case, the credits will be refunded to your account.

Before signing up for any competition, please ensure you are fully committed and able to participate, as there are no refunds once you enter.
