How can I redeem my prize?
Prizes are distributed to your wallet, once in your wallet, can be withdrew from the system.
The prizes that you win from competitions are put into your account within 24hrs from the end of the competition. To withdraw your credits, go to the "wallet" tab and click the withdraw button. If you have not done so already, you will need to complete your AML/KYC to verify you are eligible to withdraw your winnings. If you think you did not receive a prize you should have received, please contact support@bullrush.com for more information.
