Withdrawal Process:
To request a withdrawal, you must first have withdrawable credits in your account. If you don't have any withdrawable credits, you will not see the option to withdraw.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that you have completed the AML/KYC verification process (if you haven’t already done so).
First Withdrawal:
Please note that your first withdrawal, up to the amount of your initial deposit, will be processed back to the original form of payment. For example, if you deposited $1,000 in Bitcoin, your first withdrawal up to that $1,000 will be sent back in Bitcoin. After you’ve withdrawn your initial deposit, you can choose from other available withdrawal options.
Available Withdrawal Methods:
You can request your withdrawal in BTC, ETH, USDC, or USDT. Please ensure that you provide a valid wallet address compatible with ERC-20.
To initiate your withdrawal:
Navigate to the "Wallet" tab on your dashboard.
Click on "Withdrawal" in the top right corner of the screen.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request. (See image for reference)
Processing Time:
Once your request is approved, please allow up to 2 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
