In order to request a withdrawal, you must first have withdrawable credits in the system - you will not see the option to withdrawal until you have credits in the system.
Additionally, before submitting a withdrawal request, you will need to complete the AML/KYC if not already done.
Also, please note that the first withdrawal, up to the initial deposit amount, will be sent to the original form of payment. For example, if you deposit $1000 in Bitcoin, the first withdrawal, up to $1000, will be sent back in Bitcoin. After that $1000, you will be able to select from the available options to request your withdrawal.
You can request to be paid in BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT. Make sure you submit a valid wallet address compatible with ERC 20.
To do this, navigate to the "Wallet" tab on the dashboard and select "Withdrawal" from the top right of the screen. Then follow the on screen instructions to complete your request. (see image)
Once your request is approved, please allow up to 2 business days for the withdrawn amount to hit your account.
