What is a pin number for live support?
The Pin number is a unique identifier that resets each time you login to your dashboard.
The pin number is located at the top of the "customer support" tab. It is hidden until you click the "view" button, it is only required for live chat or phone support. We will ask you to provide the pin if you try to change or ask for sensitive information. DO NOT SHARE THE PIN WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN CERTFIED BULLRUSH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.
