What is the difference between BullRush credits and promo credits?

The main difference between the two is that one can be withdrawn, while the other cannot. BullRush credits (represented by a Yellow coin) have real monetary value and can be withdrawn from the system for real money. BullRush promo credit (represented by a Red coin) are credits that can be used within the system but cannot be withdrawn from the system.
