Why can't I close my positions?
Most likely because of the "fixing"
The "fixing" occurs at 21:00 UTC everyday. This is standard across all platform and is not related to any issue with the broker. During this time you will not be able to open new trades or close out existing positions. It usually last about an hour and sets the exchange rate for commercial transaction for the day. You are also able to click on the 'i' on the MatchTrader platform to get additional information.
